Printed Neck Labels
Printed neck labels (also known as tag less labels) are fast becoming the preferred choice for many brands. Using a screen printing method these are applied over the existing woven neck label on your garments, they can also be used on hem tags and sleeves to fully brand your products.
Usually required by law, these neck labels need to display specific information including the identity of the manufacturer, care instructions and other essential details. Some countries have different requirements so check the regulations before implementing this service on your shirts.
Typically these can be screen printed on a mesh count of 230 or higher using plastisol ink. It is recommended to use a light or cool grey shade so it blends in well and doesn’t scratch on your customer’s neck. The label can be matched to the shirt color or a contrast can be added for better visibility.
